Born in the United States, Katie is a free spirit who once worked and lived all over the globe from NYC, LA to Sydney.
Now based in Brisbane, AU. She learned a lot but never felt fulfilled. After stumbling into a meditation retreat along some of her travels in 2014 she knew her life was forever changed. Passionate about health and well being Katie went on to participate in many more retreats and eventually lived in an ashram. It was there where she started to feel the deeper connection to yoga and see it more of a work in rather a work out.
As everything around us appears to be speeding up, Katie believes our bodies and minds are desperately seeking ways in which to slow down. Her hope is therefore to share with as many people as possible, a realistic approach to a balanced life, through holistic yoga, meditation and mindfulness experiences. She truly believes that understanding ourselves, through a harmonious body-mind connection, is the beginning of true ease, inner peace and wisdom.
